KARACHI: Preparations for the matriculation exams scheduled to start
from April 05 have been finalized. Senior Superintendents deployed at
examination centers will enjoy powers of First Class Magistrate, reports
SAMAA.
Section 144 has also been imposed at examination centers.
Chairman
Board of Secondary Education Karachi Saeed Siddiqui said more than
3,00,000 students are appearing in the exams, adding that the board has
requested KESC to avoid practice of load shedding for five hours from
early morning to afternoon.
The board has also appealed to Sindh government to award Rs.500,000 to position holders.
