Board of Secondary Education - Karachi has announced the results of SSC Part-II General Group – Arts (Regular & Private) Annual Examinations - 2008. Hira Qavi Khan from Saint Patrick’s Girls High School secured 1st position with 90.24% marks. Mahrukh of Saint Lawrence Girls Secondary School got 2nd slot with 90.12% and Saadia Amir of PN Karsaz Girls Secondary School secured 89.88% marks to get the 3rd position. A total of 33,667 candidates registered for the exams, 32,919 appeared; out of which 171 passed in ‘A1’ grade, 1584 in ‘A’, 4326 got ‘B’, 7076 got ‘C’, 5458 got ‘D’, and 575 candidates got ‘E’ grades.
